Try to use only Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for PC(windows) or MAC(apple).

Free to download.

Update you Adobe Flash player and Java.

Update your Adobe Shockwave.

(JAVA.COM and ADOBE.COM)

Check your windows or apple updates and “RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.”

Once you see the "place to click and record" in the lesson.

Click with the “RIGHT” click on your mouse to bring the menu to activated your microphone.

Once you see the menu, select your microphone.

(for apple, hold the control key to bring the right click)

You can use a library computer or a friend's computer.

Remember you can use another computer or any computer with internet and a microphone.

You have access 27/7 from any computer with internet.

Tablets, you can download Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browser for Apple or Android.
Once you open the browser go the menu of the browser and request “desktop version”.
Also, there are other browser-apps with flash for tablets you can try if you use a tablet.
